Rating issues

There is infrequent use of bad language (‘bullshit’).

Other issues

There are scenes of mild threat, including a woman being grabbed by tentacles and pulled into the darkness, after which the tentacles grab the player’s character. There are also scenes in which dead bodies are found. There is some sight of trickles of blood but no injury or wound detail.
