Action role-playing game, which is an entry in the ‘Tales’ series. It follows characters from two worlds: the technologically superior Dahna and the less advanced Rena, which is exploited for resources by Rena.

Rating issues

This game contains frequent depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards human-like characters. Bright lights and magical effects appear when characters are struck. Characters let out cries of pain and stumble but show no visible injuries. When they have been defeated, their bodies immediately fade away from the battlefield. Violence can be inflicted using a mixture of firearms, bladed and blunt weapons, and magic. Regardless of the type of weapon used, the reaction to the violence always remains the same.

The game also contains infrequent use of bad language (‘bastard’).

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items, in the form of downloadable content, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
