This game contains frequent depictions of graphic violence towards human-like zombie characters. Zombies can be dismembered or decapitated using a variety of weapons, including axes and swords, or they can be shot with firearms. Strong blood and gore effects appear when zombies are attacked and there is sight of wounds in the aftermath. When limbs are removed, they breed profusely. When an enemy is defeated, their body falls to the floor and goes limp, where a pool of blood collects. The bodies remain on screen for a short time before vanishing.

The game also contains infrequent use of strong language (‘fuck’).
