Violence towards human characters is unrealistic, with bright lights and magical effects appearing on impact. Characters stagger backwards but do not show injuries or cry out in pain.

During the various levels, fantastical enemy characters advance on the player’s character and must be attacked in time to the music. In most cases, characters are defeated with a single hit but others may require multiple hits. As with the human characters, reactions to violence are undetailed and unrealistic. All the weapons used are unrealistic and the reaction to the violence is the same regardless of the type of weapon or magic used.
