Rating issues

It is possible to kill a large number of people at one time as Agent 47 shoots into crowds, who will begin to run away in panic or crouch on the floor with their hands on their heads. He can also ‘subdue’ people. This involves strangling them, as they struggle and kick their legs until they fall unconscious, after which he can snap their necks while they are incapable of running or defending themselves.

There is also graphic violence in the game. Characters can be stabbed through their heads with a knife, knives can be thrown into their eyes and swords can be run through their throats.

There is also the infrequent use of the sexual expletive ‘fuck’ and its derivatives.

Other issues

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items using an in-game store. For example, players can buy a pack of missions for the game, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
