Rating issues

When criminals are shot, they fall to the floor with a pool of blood underneath them. When your character is shot, you can see the bullet come out the other side with a spray of blood as they fall backwards and the game restarts.
Most notably, you and the criminals can shoot civilians and those that have surrendered and are on their knees. The reaction to the violence is the same as already described.
