This game contains frequent depictions of arcade style violence containing strong blood and gore effects. Enemies are a mixture of non-detailed human and fantasy characters and are armed with a different types of bladed weapons and magic attacks. All attacks cause large amounts of blood to appear on impact of hits. When an enemy is defeated, they explode into various bloody body parts which litter the floor for a short amount of time before disappearing. When the right conditions are prevalent an execution finisher move can be initiated and is seen as a sword thrust up through the throat of a fantasy character followed by a beheading.
