This game contains frequent depictions of violence towards defenceless human characters. The player has the ability to lasso and tie up any character in the game. Once the character is restrained you can commit a number of violent acts, such as leaving them on the train tracks for an oncoming train to hit, dragging them behind your horse whilst they are still alive, or throwing them into a body of water to drown. This game also features depictions of apparently motiveless killing of multiple innocent human-like characters. The player is able to freely attack and kill the innocent civilians who populate the game world by using any of the weapons at their disposal. The reactions to the violence are all realistic in nature, with characters screaming in pain and visible wounds appearing on their bodies. This game features depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters. Powerful and explosive weapons can be used throughout the game to incapacitate and kill various characters. If used at close range these blasts can lead to decapitation and dismemberment of various limbs. This also applies to some of the animal characters, such as the horses. There are also some “execution-style” moves which feature very strong graphic violence paired with strong blood and gore effects. This game also contains frequent uses of sexual expletives and discriminatory language. The word “fuck” and its derivatives can be found throughout, and discriminatory slurs such as “darkies” and “niggers” can be found in the dialogue. This game also contains moving images that encourage and teach the use of game of chance. Throughout the game the player is able to bet on and partake in various games of chance such as poker and blackjack. All of these games feature in depth instructions informing the player of the rules and how to bet on them.
