Rating issues

This game contains depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters. The most pertinent example of this is during a cutscene where a woman attacks a man with a spell. The spell causes the man to be sliced into numerous pieces. Large deep cuts appear all over his body whilst he screams in pain. His limbs and other chunks of his body then dismember themselves and slide to the floor. Strong blood and gore is present during this scene.

Other issues

The majority of the violence in the game is depictions of realistic looking violence towards human-like characters. The player shoots at enemies from a first-person perspective. Blood effects appear on impact of hits, and characters can be heard letting out pained grunts when injured. When an enemy has been defeated, their bodies limply fall to the floor where they remain for the rest of the level.
