This game has received a PEGI 16 because it features sustained depictions of violence towards human characters, strong violence, use of strong language, depictions of erotic nudity and depictions of sexual intercourse without visible genitals. Not suitable for persons under 16 of age.
Terminator: Resistance, is a first-person shooter set during the ‘Future War’ scenario that was only glimpsed at in the iconic films, ‘THE TERMINATOR’ and ‘T2: JUDGEMENT DAY’. Experience the events leading up to the decisive final battle for the fate of mankind in the war against the machines. The machines are destined to lose, but at what cost?

Rating issues

The protagonists and antagonists all use some form of firearm or explosive devices that are homemade or manufactured for the purpose. When an enemy character is shot there is a multitude of sparks followed by an explosion. Human characters do respond realistically, albeit there is little if any blood splatter.
The dialogue contains the use of the sexual expletive ‘fuck’ and derivations of the word.
The game also includes scenes of a male and female engaged in sexual activity, but it is viewed in 1st person (male perspective) and is limited to the upper body of the female, it is very apparent what is going on.
