Risk of Rain 2

This game has been rated PEGI 12 for depictions of realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters. Not suitable for persons under 12 years of age.
In Risk of Rain 2, one to four players must progress through ten levels while avoiding attacks from alien creatures. On each level the goal is to locate a teleporter; once activated, the players must defend themselves from an onslaught of aliens, including boss characters, until the teleporter is fully active.

Rating issues

This game contains frequent depictions of realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters. While bright lights and some blood effects appear on impact of some attacks, the reactions of the enemies are realistic in nature. Characters let out pained cries when attacked and collapse onto the floor when they have been defeated. Their bodies then remain on the floor until the end of the level. Every character has a health bar over their heads which shows their status, and numbers appear upon impact of attacks to show the amount of damage that is being inflicted.
