Game features very strong bloody violence. Characters can use bladed weapons such as an axe or knife to slash and stab the ‘Walkers’ in the head, throat or body. ‘Walkers’ can cause mutilation if they catch a ‘normal’ character by biting at their face and removing lumps of flesh and tissue. A child character is deliberately shot in the neck area. There is also the frequent use of the sexual expletive ‘fuck’ and derivations of the word.
