Samuel, a 33-year old man recovering from a recent break-up, returns to his hometown Basswood, West Virginia, for the funeral of his best friend. He wakes up in his hotel room with a bloody shirt and no memory of his whereabouts the previous night, he embarks on a twisted investigation.

Rating issues

This game contains depictions of realistic violence towards human-like characters. Two characters are shown engaging in fist fight where they are repeatedly punched and thrown into objects such as tables and the bar. Their reactions to the violence are all realistic in nature, with characters making pained grunts and showing visible injuries. This game also contains frequent use of sexual expletives. The word “fuck” and its derivatives can be found throughout.
