This game is rated PEGI 18 which restricts availability to ADULTS ONLY. This rating has been given due to strong violence, violence against the vulnerable and defenceless, the use of sexual expletives and moving images that teach the use of games of chance that are played as a traditional means of gambling. Not suitable for persons below 18 years of age.
Players assume the role of Kenshiro. Over the course of the game they will earn experience points and various orbs which can be used to increase Kenshiro’s stats as well as learn abilities to be used in and out of battle. Experience can be earned by completing tasks such as eating, playing minigames, helping NPCs, and battling random enemies.

Rating issues

Violence in the game is graphic in nature. If enemies are attacked in a certain way, they begin to pulsate and then explode. When these characters explode, large blood effects are used and the characters’ heads burst. There are scenes in the game in which characters are attacked who cannot escape the violence. The game also teaches the player various forms of gambling, including poker, roulette and blackjack. This game also contains use of the word “Fuck”.
