Monstrum is a single player, first person, survival horror game. It puts the player in a procedurally generated level with an AI driven predator. The players only goal is to find a way off this ship and escape the monster.

Rating issues

This game contains use of sexual expletives. The word “fuck” and its derivatives can be found in notes hidden throughout the game.

Other issues

The aim of the game is to make your way through a deserted ship finding objects that aid in your escape. Whilst you travel through the ship various monsters will pursue you, and you must remain as quiet as possible to evade them. The player must rely on audio and visual cues to know when and if they will attack. If the monsters find you a loud audio cue will play, and the monster will jump out and grab the player. This is normally paired with a jumpscare animation. The player will then be killed and the screen will go black.
