This game contains sustained depictions of death and injury towards human-like characters. All the violence is portrayed from a first-person perspective with the player shooting hordes of human enemies. The enemies enter the level in waves whilst the player remains in a static position. The player then uses a variety of guns to defeat the enemies before they can kill the player. When the enemies are attacked they let out pained cries and screams, and on occasion visible bloody bullet holes can be seen on their bodies. When they have been defeated they fall to the floor and quickly disappear.
