This rating has been given due to depictions of apparently motiveless killing or serious injury to multiple numbers of innocent human-like characters and the use of sexual expletives. Not suitable for persons below 18 years of age.
We Happy Few is an action-adventure game of paranoia and survival set in a fab, glamorous 1964 England that lost WWII, where everyone takes happy pills to forget about the terrible things they did in the War. The key is passing for a decent, proper, well-drugged citizen, while crafting the materials you need to survive undrugged and to escape.

The player can attack innocent civilians with various weapons and explosives. Characters react realistically to this violence and blood effects are used. The violence is gratuitous in nature and includes the use of strong sexual expletives.
