Rating issues

This game contains frequent depictions of realistic looking violence towards human-like characters. Characters are attacked with a variety of realistic weapons, the vast majority of which are firearms. However, melee weapons and explosives can also be used. The reactions to the attacks are realistic in nature, with characters screaming and grunting in pain as they stagger and hold their wounds. When a character has been defeated, they limply fall to the floor where their body remains for the rest of the level. While the reactions are realistic, there is never any blood or visible wounds shown. Regardless of which weapons is being used in combat, the reactions always remain the same.
