Rating issues

This game contains infrequent depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters. Powerful attacks from enemy turrets can cause the protagonists head to be decapitated. Blood appears on impact of the attack and then splatters onto the floor. Their head can be seen rolling off their shoulders and then onto the floor as their body limply falls down. The body then remains there until the screen fades to black.

Other issues

The vast majority of the violence shown in the game is of a realistic nature towards human-like characters. Multiple characters are shown being shot and killed. Blood appears on impact of the attacks as they let out a cry of pain and limply slump to the floor. The bodies then remain there for the rest of the level.
