This game features graphic violence towards fantasy characters, which can be decapitated and dismembered. The atmosphere of the game is dark and scary, with the player being chased through dark and misty trenches by twisted creatures, which are seen feasting on the bloody and eviscerated corpses of other soldiers.

The game also features use of strong language (‘fuck’), as well as milder terms including ‘bitch’, ‘shit’ and ‘bastard’. There are also uses of historical discriminatory terms, including ‘Frenchies’ and ‘Polack’.
