Rating issues

Players are encouraged to drive safely and to take care of themselves with food, sleep and heat. If you are hurt by the cold or by a traffic accident, you can eat something to heal yourself. If you do run out of health, the screen fades to black and you wake up in hospital. You’re always saved by emergency services and are never visibly injured, nor can you harm others.
