Rating issues

This game features frequent scenes of violence, which include characters being hit, shot and falling from heights. There is some sight of blood and injury, including in the aftermath of violence. There is scene of self-harm in which a character smashes their own ankle with a rock.

There is use of strong language (‘fuck’), as well as milder terms including ‘bitch’, ‘slut’, ‘pissed’ and ‘shit’.

Alcohol and tobacco products can be seen frequently throughout the game and some levels require the player to actively consume alcohol in order to progress. In one scene, two teenagers play a drinking game.

Other issues

The game’s narrative deals with difficult themes, including suicide, self-harm, alcoholism, domestic abuse and child abuse. At one point, a young character takes inappropriate images in order to frame another person. In another scene, a restrained person is threatened with pliers but there are not used. There also some verbal sex references and some non-sexual nudity.
