This game contains depictions of apparently motiveless killings of multiple innocent human-like characters. When a battle takes place in an inhabited location, such as a town or a camp, innocent civilians begin running away from the conflict. If they cross paths with an enemy solider, the soldier will attack and kill the civilian, often with a weapon such as sword, spear or axe. The reaction to the violence is realistic, with the civilian letting out a pained cry. When they have been killed, their bodies then remain on floor for the remainder of the mission.

There are also scenes in which men are seen tied to stakes about to be burned alive. They struggle and cry out before they burn. There is also sight of men’s bodies impaled on large spikes, although there is no blood or gore shown in these scenes.

The game also contains infrequent use of strong language (‘cunt’ and ‘fuck’).
