Rating issues

This game contains frequent depictions of gross violence which includes decapitation and dismemberment. All the violence is shown from a first-person perspective with the player fighting against hordes of zombies. A direct shot to the head causes the head to explode, and a shot to a limb causes it to fall off. All the attacks are paired with copious amount of blood and gore. The bodies remain there for a short time before disappearing. This game also contains use of sexual expletives, the word “fuck” is found in the dialogue.
