Rating issues

There are cinematic sequences in which characters are threatened and physically attacked by a supernatural entity, resulting in realistic depictions of human death. Violence during general gameplay is less strong, with damage mainly shown using life meters. While characters flinch and make pained sounds when hit, by weapons or magic, there is no sight of injuries and limited blood.

The game also contains historical dialogue, common to the era in which the game is set, that some players may find racially offensive.

Other issues

The game also includes sight of dead bodies and supernatural enemies that may be scary to younger children. There is use of bad language, including ‘prick’, ‘bitch’, ‘bastard’, ‘piss’ and ‘shit’.
