Rating issues

Still images show the player’s character being shot in the head. There are no sounds of pain but a large cartoon hole appears, with blood effects around it.

A suggestively shaped rocket lands nose first in a tree-like object, creating an entry point that resembles female genitalia.

There is use of bad language (‘shit’) and the middle finger gesture.

Other issues

There are numerous still images showing the player’s character with a lit cigarette or cigar in his mouth. Smoking does not benefit the player in the game.
