The game revolves around police corruption and Miami’s drug war. The main antagonist of the game is seen to have made a huge fortune – complete with his own residential island and vault brimming with riches – from various illicit businesses and connections, including the drug trade, which he leaves in the protagonist’s uncertain hands.
In the multiplayer, players may beat and shoot at restrained hostages with bags over their heads. This is met with flinching and blood splatters, though the hostages will not die.
There are frequent uses of the word ‘fuck’ and its derivatives.

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items in the form of which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
