Rating issues

The toads punch and kick incoming fantasy enemies. Sometimes the toads morph briefly into other creatures, such as sharks and apes, or just into body parts such as fists and feet. The action can get hectic but is always accompanied by cartoon-like sound effect and animations. The setting is very cartoon-like and comic.
