The game is heavily centred on sex with innuendo laden dialogue, a quiz on sex, and frequent depictions of sex toy weapons, demon strippers and characters dressed in fetish wear engaged in acts of bondage. No animated sex scenes are shown but there are storyboard images, complete with sound effects, of Lou engaged in sexual acts with various naked female demons, many of whom have human looking torsos with the addition of hooved feet, horns, pointed ears, wings and tails. There are no visible genitalia depicted in these scenes and the demon’s nipples are pixelated, although their breasts are fully visible elsewhere in the game itself.
Gratuitous violence is sustained throughout and features Lou shooting at a variety of depraved human and demonic enemies as he navigates the maze of levels. Their responses to being shot are not humanly realistic but a lot of blood effects are used, and some characters can explode into meaty body parts. Blood, body parts and the falled characters melt away into the floor upon defeat.
Offensive language and sexual expletives are used heavily and include the words ‘fuck’, ‘fucked’, ‘motherfucker’, ‘asshole, ‘bastard’, ‘bitch’, ‘bloody’, ‘bullshit’, ‘goddamn’, ‘pissed’, ‘shit’ and ‘whore’.
The game also features the alcoholic Lou bragging about how much he loves booze, and he is frequently depicted drinking from green bottles, but these are shown to be containing ‘milk’. However, the NPC item vendor randomly provides a recipe for making margaritas. These have purpose in the actual game play but could be considered as encouragement to drink alcohol.
