Rating issues

Violence is mild to moderate and consists of shadowy characters stabbing, shooting and beating each other up. Blood effects are shown. Opening cinematic features a character restrained in a chair and being beaten by State officials.

Other issues

The game places you as a state appointed landlord, spying on the tenants in your building and reporting any illegal activities back to the Ministry. Those who do not conform are beaten and arrested by the police. Tensions are high among the tenants with violence and killings becoming a common occurrence.
