The game has a 3D mode in which everything looks much sharper, clearer. The characters are also more detailed and presented as a 3D model instead of pixelated 2d characters. These characters can fight each other when they walk into each other on the battlefield. When this happens, a silhouette of two fighting characters appears. Only the one who is victorious emerges.
