Rating issues

Gameplay is frantic and players use various weapons, from shotguns and pistols to sticks and wands, against fantasy characters. Violence is unrealistic and cartoon-like, with enemies flashing when hit and mild blood spatter appearing when enemies are defeated.

Other issues

One of the upgrades players can acquire is called ‘Eyes Surgery’ and depicts a bloodied knife and some dangling eyeballs. Another upgrade shows a bloody but cartoony scar.
