Rating issues
CHOAS;HEAD NOAH includes a scene of implied sexual assault in which a male character describes reaching inside a woman’s clothes before tearing them open. The assault is not visually depicted, although there is a still image showing the woman with her shirt ripped open and her underwear exposed. The male character then considers whether he should rape the woman but does not do so. There are infrequent verbal references to sexual violence elsewhere in the game, but these are not accompanied by any visual depictions.
There is use of strong language (‘f**k’), as well as milder terms.
Other issues
There is also a reference to mass suicide, in which a description of five people jumping from a skyscraper is accompanied by a still images showing a large red puddle on the ground.
There are some gory images, including sight of a bloodstained head with a missing eye and pieces of metal protruding from the face. The body from which the head has been removed is also seen nailed to a wall. There is also sight of other bodies, including a bloodstained corpse with wound in its abdomen.
While actual violence is not shown, acts of violence are described in detail, including torture.
There is some suggestive dialogue and partial nudity.
