Multiplayer fighting game, a sequel to ‘Chivalry: Medieval Warfare’, inspired by medieval battles. Players take sides in large battles and complete a series of objectives, such as laying siege to castles, stealing enemy supplies and burning villages.

Rating issues

This game features graphic violence towards human characters, which is inflicted using a range of medieval weapons, including swords, maces and longbows. Bladed weapons allow the player to decapitate or dismember enemy characters, which results in sight of blood and gore. When limbs are cut off, enemy characters may continue to move around until they bleed out. Innocent and unarmed characters, such as adult villagers, can also be killed, although they cannot be dismembered.

Other issues

The game also features bad language, such as ‘prick’, ‘bastard’, ‘shit’, ‘bitch’ and ‘whore’, as well as some verbal innuendo.

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items using an in-game currency, which can be purchased using real money. Some parents or carers may want to be aware of this. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
