This game features frequent strong violence. Players are not only able to dismember and decapitate enemies from a first person perspective, but also smash their skulls into bloody fragments with heavy medieval weaponry. The same violence, in turn, can happen to their own characters.

Characters can also be killed by falling into lava. The player’s character’s hands begin to blister as they sink. The shot will then zoom out and the character will be seen grasping at the lava while sinking to the bottom.

Players may also attack defenceless peasants, as they yell for help with their hands over their heads.
