Moderate violence occurs infrequently. During gameplay if hit by a stronger character the players character will be killed relatively quickly, this is accompanied by a small amount of blood splatter. Cut scenes will show somewhat more emphatic examples of realistic looking violence, an instance is where the player’s character is stealthily approached from behind, the assailant wraps an arm around his upper chest thus restraining him and stabs him in the neck with a large hypodermic syringe.
