The game features the use of medieval weaponry and includes swords, pikes, spears, projectiles fired from ballista and bow arrow. Battles range from small skirmishes to larger set piece events in which there are many combatants. The weapons used, although capable of killing a character, result in non-realistic as the character killed disappears very shortly after falling to the ground. However, the sheer scale of killing does mean that there are sustained depictions of death.
