Claire

The game was rated PEGI 12 for non-realistic violence, the occasional use of offensive language and for pictures or sounds likely to be horrifying. Not appropriate for persons below 12 years of age.
Claire is alone, lost and hunted. The world has quickly become shrouded in darkness with unseen threats stalking Claire from the shadows. Aided by her dog and armed only with a flashlight, Claire must conquer her fear and find her comatose mother. However, there are others lost in the darkness.

Rating issues

The game is set in a dark, forbidding old hospital building and only having a flashlight and the occasional candle to light your way and coupled with the use of very atmospheric sound effects, there is an over whelming sense of threat and dread. Violence in the game, due to the dark environment, is not clearly seen and is regarded as non-realistic looking. There is also the occasional use of the offensive words, ‘crap’ and ‘bitch’ .
