Violent scenes consist of grotesquely mutilated and dismembered corpses with graphically detailed viscera shown, these litter the ship throughout the game, sometimes arranged in artful displays designed to cause obstruction to the player. There are also scenes of characters being attacked by a crazed knifeman who stabs them to death in a vicious frenzy, and interdimensional monsters that appear and rip people apart. The player has no way to fight these characters off and must survive by outrunning them or avoiding them. The player is impaled through the hand, with a large knife complete with blood effects and an open wound once the weapon is removed. There are also scenes of two characters being killed by electrocution while one is physically restraining the other.
Moderate swearing to strong language occurs frequently and includes the words ‘bitch’, ‘pissed’, ‘shit’, ‘fuck’ and its derivatives.
