Rating issues

Combat between the player’s character and other pensioner characters is not realistic, for example when a collision occurs the character is flung from his/her mobility scooter and rolls across the ground, flashes briefly and is automatically placed back onto the mobility scooter to continue the race. The character does not display any wounds / injuries.

During the course of the race the Grim Reaper’s zombie army of characters continually appear in the roadway and when hit by any of the character’s scooters or on-board weapons they will explode in a cloud of blood which splatters across the viewing area. Although the zombies are caricatured, there are sufficient human attributes for them to be regarded as human-like.

One cut scene in the game contains a event in which the Grim Reaper uses his scythe to decapitate a human-like character. The violence is depicted in a cartoon style and there is no ‘gore’ however there is copious amounts of blood. The character does not die in a realistic manner.
