This game features sustained depictions of death and injury to human-like characters. The player is able to control a range of characters, including gangsters, who can be used to harm or kill other people. These gangster characters can use weapons, including knives and guns, to attack workmen, thieves and innocent civilians. When a character is attacked, they flash brightly. When a character is defeated, they scream and fall down, with a blood splatter effect. The gangster characters can also attack houses, causing them to flood or burn down. When a house is destroyed, the family that lived in it are shown lying dead on the floor before fading away. This can include sight of dead children. Civilians can also be killed on the street.
