Costume Kingdom is a Hallowe’en themed turn-based action-adventure game, set in a open world environment and played from a third-person perspective. The player takes on the role of ‘Rain’, a young child on a quest to beat the Apex Cup while unknowingly saving Hallowe’en.

Rating issues

This games features unrealistic combat between fantasy characters, and on rare occasions human-like characters. The violence itself is unrealistic, as are reactions to it. Blows don’t really connect, there is no visible harm, damage is shown using health bars, and enemies disappear in puffs of smoke upon defeat. The overall visual style is dark and moody, and the game contains some designs and sound effects that may scare young children.
