Role-playing game in which players assume the role of a drug kingpin boosting their cash and reputation in the fictional Rockay City by taking part in crimes and and fighting rival gangs to take control of crime in the city.

Rating issues

This game contains depictions of violence towards vulnerable and defenceless humans. The player can subdue and restrain civilians and security guards, who can then be shot and killed. Other violence is strong and realistic, including shootings with blood impacts and realistic physical reactions. The use of explosives, such as grenades, also produces blood effects but no strong gore.

There is frequent use of strong language, including ‘cunt’, ‘motherfucker’ and ‘fuck’.

Other issues

One scene features the player’s character picking up soap in a prison shower, with a verbal suggestion that another is going to rape the player’s character. Another scene shows the player’s character being tortured, seen from the player’s perspective, so no visual detail is shown.

Drugs are seen and can be stolen or sold, although they are not seen being used.
