This game contains frequent depictions of realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters. The player can use a wide variety of weapons against the enemies such as swords, wands and crossbows. Regardless of what weapon is used, characters bleed heavily upon impact of attacks, with blood splatters and giblets pooling up on the floor around them. All the enemies feature a health bar which appears above their heads. When their health bars have been depleted, they will fall to the floor with no visible injuries. Their bodies then remain there indefinitely.
