The game was rated PEGI 7 for violence for non-realistic towards fantasy characters and non-realistic violence of a minor nature to human-like characters. Not appropriate for persons below 7 years of age.
Cryptark is a 2D sci-fi roguelike shooter where you take on the role of a heavily armed privateer seeking to earn government contracts by boarding deadly alien space-hulks. It’s up to you to strategize a plan of attack, pick an equipment loadout, and destroy the central core to be victorious.

Rating issues

The player’s character will encounter enemy characters, both human and fantasy which will require them to be destroyed. Fantasy characters will disappear after several hits, however once the exo-suit being worn by a human character is destroyed the pilot will briefly appear before it too disappears. All characters are small and non-detailed.
