Rating issues

Violence consists of players stabbing and gunning each other down with whatever weapons they can find, until the last man standing is the victor. Blood effects but no injuries are shown and the bodies of fallen players remain on the field until the match has ended.
The player has the option of smoking a ‘tough Cuban cigar’ in order to gain themselves an extra 40% base hit points.
