This game has received a PEGI 7 because it features non-realistic looking violence towards characters which although human are not very detailed and violence that lacks any apparent harm or injury to fantasy or mythical beings and creatures. Not suitable for persons under 7 years of age.
Daggerhood is a platformer game about a thief trying to steal a treasure.

Rating issues

The graphics in this game are pixelated. The enemies consist of a mix ranging from fantasy characters to human-like characters. All characters react in an unrealistic fashion when hit. The player has one weapon with which he can attack; a dagger. Enemies are defeated upon contact with the dagger and immediately disappear in a puff of smoke.
The game features boss battles. The bosses are defeated in the same way as regular enemies, except they should be hit more often. When defeated, they also vanish in a puff of smoke.

Other issues

Some of the bosses in the game are more detailed and could be considered disturbing for very young children. For example, one of these characters is a giant flying eyeball creature. These characters are not scary enough to warrant a PEGI Fear rating.
