The more powerful weapons found in the game, such as the shotgun, can be used against enemies, causing them to be dismembered and decapitated. Strong blood and gore effects are present with wounds often spilling out large amounts of blood. When the player lands a powerful headshot, the enemies’ head will explode, and a fountain of blood will erupt from their neck as their body limply falls to the floor. After an enemy has been killed the player can continue to attack the bodies causing additional dismemberment. This game also contains frequent use of sexual expletives.
