Dead by Daylight is a 1v4 multiplayer game that allows you to choose between playing an unstoppable Killer and one of four Survivors trying to evade a gruesome death.

Rating issues

The game features strong violence against human-like characters. Killers may sacrifice survivors, which involves hanging them on a meat-hook through their neck/shoulder. After a short time, branch-like blades grow around the hook and begin stabbing the victim repeatedly. The killer can also attack the survivors with bladed weapons, causing large blood effects and loud, excruciating yells. They can set bear traps and strike victims while they are trapped or lying injured on the ground.

Other issues

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items in the form of in-game currency, characters, customization items for their characters and battle passes which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
