The game features graphic violence against human-like characters. Killers may sacrifice survivors, which involves hanging them on a meat-hook through their neck/shoulder. After a short time, branch-like blades grow around the hook and begin stabbing the victim repeatedly. The killer can also attack the survivors with bladed weapons, causing large blood effects and loud, excruciating yells. They can set bear traps and strike victims while they are trapped or lying injured on the ground.
